Wemindji: Ethnoecology in a Proposed Marine-terrestrial Protected Area Project, 2008 - 2009

In 2008 and 2009,  I carried out research with members of the Wemindji community and a university research team based at McGill, Concordia, and University of Manitoba (Winnipeg), to document plant diversity and cultural uses on the islands within a proposed terrestrial-marine protected area.

Protectors of Mother Earth: Onondaga Compost and Waste Remediation Project, 2014

In 2014, the Onondaga Nation hired me to work on an integrated compost education, waste reduction, and waste remediation project with Greening Onondaga.
